HVAC and Electrical

Looks like HVAC is almost done except for installation of upstairs furnace. All carpentry is completed for 2nd floor layout changes.

Electrical rough in is almost done. Low-voltage has been pulled as well.

Paid 3 large bills today: concrete, lumber and rough frame. Excavator is due asap too.
