Foundation work continues

Sunny and warm today. Concrete guys here this afternoon to layout drain tile and sump pit. Putting up forms this afternoon.

Dan said not to repair fence until after backfill because it will just get damaged again. He also said that once the box is poured he'll schedule the electrician to come out and install a box. Then we need to call Elmhurst for an electrical service inspection. He said to call ComEd at the same time to request service installation.

Jay dropped off updated plans reflecting the addition of a third floor with a bathroom. It has no windows and the addition of a staircase in the middle of the 2nd floor would make the 3rd bedroom small - 11x11-8. We're going to get BB's opinion again, but we're leaning against it.

We owe JR $7k+ for architect - we have a potential issue with ownership - we need to work that out with him.
