Final Demolition Prep

Around week of April 18

Realized a large tree in the back could hamper demolition, called JR, getting tree service out ASAP.

Learned the basement must be dry before demolition. This was a problem because the power has been shut off.

The house has basically been ransacked over the last few weeks, good thing there is nothing to steal.
