Spoke with Lee Sobe who runs "Demolition Sales". I made an appointment but had to cancel. Lee generally needs two or three weeks notice. He will inspect the house and decide if it's worthwhile.

If he decides to do it, he will notify buyers ahead of time and get people to come on a specific Saturday. Buyers carry stuff away. Lee takes 50%.
