Tailored Closets is here today to install closet systems in master and entry.

Chris from EKView is back to fix downspouts, paint the trim around garage and louver in front, and caulk windows.

Low voltage finishing up - installing punch down block. Tony says vac is $1200-1500 ($400 rough-in only), intercom $1200-1500, security $500. Also, on next house, he said to call him before brick so he can put up doorbell box.

Closets, etc.

Met with the Tailored Closet woman today. Removed drawers and went back to white - approx $2500.

Todd came by to work on the dishwasher drain and a couple other misc things.

Garage door guys returned to add keypad and adjust doors.

Wraping up

Electrician finishing today. Trimmer coming today/tomorrow for minor work. Painter back later this week. Cleaning svc Friday?

Abt showed up today. Stove and hood are backordered. Couldn't install anything since no electrical yet. Also a couple other installation issues.

Last piece installed. They need to clean up the seams in the master.

Low voltage guy finsihed installing intercom system etc.

Granite guys are supposed to come back with last kichen piece today.

Realized we can't do backsplash until hood is in. Abt coming this week for a walkthrough.

Backsplash

Picked up backsplash tile today.

Shower door

Glass guys here to install shower door. Mirrors later this week.

Electrician

Still not done. Will come back once backsplash is installed.

Lights

Outside garage lights are too small. Had the electrician pull them down. Put one on back garage door and returning 2 others. Ordered new lights like front door light. Missing original fixture for back garage door.

Trimmer, Granite

Trimmer back to install door hardware. Was ready to put in final trim but the shoe was not painted. Painter coming back today.

Granite guy measure and took granite order. Same as washington.

Electrician starts

Pulls some wire and installs a few fixtures. Put wrong drop rod on BR2 fan.

They will take the fence down and put it in the garage. City confirmed that once final grading on the parkway begins, you no longer need the fence up.

Hardwood floor guys are staining and putting first coat on.
